Inspired by my recent hiking and sketching trip to the Alps, in this class I will teach you some tips and tricks for painting realistic mountain lake landscape, paying particular attention to the combination of basic techniques, water control and wet-on-wet approach.
With my guidance this work will be split into doable steps. You'll see a demonstration of each of them and will get the instructions for better process understanding. You also will find a few photo references in the class materials for your independent practice.

Join this class and you will learn
to plan a composition and a course of work
to better control pigment/water ratio
to apply atmospheric perspective for creating multiply plans in the landscape
a method for keeping the paper wet for longer
a combination of basic watercolor techniques
to mix loose watercolor with precise details
to blend colors for harmonious reduced color palette
The lesson may be interesting both for amateur artists who never stop improving their technique and for courageous beginners.
I'm looking forward to seeing you in the class!
