Model 51 EQ is a three-band inductor equalizer designed for musical tonal shaping with a modeled analog-style response. Its fixed frequency choices provide a focused workflow for adding weight, bringing sources forward, reducing harshness, or opening the high end with broad EQ curves.
The plugin combines measured frequency and phase responses with optional band-dependent saturation, transformer coloration, and a dedicated Drive stage. Three transformer character modes provide different levels of analog-style coloration, while 4x oversampling helps maintain smooth nonlinear processing.
