This practical course shows you how to use the ADDIE model as an evidence-driven, iterative workflow-not a rigid waterfall. You will move from a vague training request to a complete, decision-ready learning solution that connects business needs, observable behavior, learning objectives, practice, assessment, implementation, and evaluation.
Throughout the course, you will work with the realistic NovaWorks case and apply each phase of ADDIE: Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate.
