Description
Learn how to design and build a complete, multi-tenant ISP billing SaaS platform with the help of AI coding tools. This course focuses on system architecture and implementation principles rather than one programming language, allowing you to use NestJS, Laravel, Django, Spring Boot, Go, ASP.NET, or another backend technology.
You will learn how platform administrators, ISP vendors, staff members, Hotspot customers, and PPPoE subscribers interact with the system. We will define the essential modules for identity, vendors, sites, routers, packages, customers, subscriptions, payments, accounting, billing, notifications, reporting, and support.
The course explains how to connect MikroTik routers securely through WireGuard, configure RouterOS, provision Hotspot and PPPoE services, and use FreeRADIUS for authentication, authorization, and accounting. You will understand how a customer payment becomes an active internet subscription and how the router receives speed limits, session timeouts, expiration rules, and access permissions.
You will also learn how to collect session accounting records, calculate cumulative data usage, apply fair-usage policies, enforce data quotas, manage package expiration, and disconnect users whose access has ended.
The course includes database tables and relationships, Docker-based infrastructure, environment configuration, payment callbacks, scheduled jobs, security Requirements, failure handling, testing strategies, and a phased development roadmap.
