What's NewThe 13.4.1.0 update adds support for attaching files to prompts in the Creo AI Assistant. Users can include small text documents in a chat session, review attached files before submitting a prompt, and receive responses based on the supplied content. File thumbnails and filenames are displayed as part of the conversation.
The release also introduces three user commands for maintaining symbol references after CAD administrators change the directory specified by the pro_symbol_dir configuration option. The dump_symbol_defs_details command generates symbol definition information in symbol_defs_details.txt within the run directory without modifying models or drawings.
The update_symbol_path command changes existing symbol instances to use the corresponding relative path from the current symbol directory. Creo searches the symbol directory for a matching definition and applies the first valid match. This command assumes that symbol definitions have unique names within the library.
The clean_symbol_paths_under_abs_path command removes absolute path prefixes from symbol definitions associated with a specified previous symbol directory and converts them to relative paths. It is intended for situations where the root symbol directory changes while the internal folder structure remains unchanged.
