NCG CAM Solutions Ltd.has releasedNCG CAM 20.0.5is standalone CAM system offering an easy to use HSM CAM solution that integrates with existing CAD and CAM systems.
Version 20 introduces a new API, 5-axis deburring, shaft profile data extraction and improved drilling toolpath accuracy. Other new features include shaft profile data curve extraction, the ability to measure lines and machine with convex-tipped cutters.

NCG CAM Solutions Ltd are pleased to release NCG CAM v20.0.05. This is an important point release, especially if you have installed v20.0.04. An issue where some dca files saved in v20.0.04 could then not be reopened was found, this point release is to fix that issue. A notable update is the standard toolsheets, they are now created as HTML file (they were XML before) this should make them more compatible with different browsers, but do read the release notes regarding this, it will affect the viewing of old toolsheets from within NCG CAM. There is a Tool Database structure change, you won't be able to open a tool database used in v20.0.04 in an older version of NCG CAM.

10709: Database: Fixed an issue with record numbers being written out when an entity isn't being archived.
This could in some cases make it impossible to reopen the database.
10711: Installer: Fixed the 'update post-processor' script settings, as they were not being written to the registry correctly.
